Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my page. My name is Kristine Foulkes and I am the CEO of Kristine Foulkes, LLC and the Founder of Ambassadors of Healing Foundation. I am also a Doula & Childbirth Educator, Trauma-Informed Care Practitioner, Intuitive Healer, Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, globe trotter, humanitarian, lover of animals and life, and an all-around catalyst for change.
I help people along their journey whether it’s mamas and their pregnancy, connecting individuals with their loved ones, empowering people to heal themselves, providing individuals with insight through an intuitive reading or counseling session, or providing support through conflict. I utilize all of the tools in my toolbox that I have collected over the years to help people jump start or continue along their healing journey.

TIC Practitioner & Intuitive Healer
As a Trauma-Informed Care Practitioner, I bring my training and skill set to identify, recognize and integrate knowledge about trauma to avoid re-traumatization when working with and raising awareness of the impact of trauma on individuals and communities.
As an Intuitive Healer and Minister of Healing, I bring my innate intuitive and healing abilities to those in need.
I help by providing people with guidance, mentorship, and healing through utilizing my psychic and mediumship abilities, along with my trance and universal energy work and conscious channeling.
These abilities afford me to be a steward in helping individuals to turn inward and heal themselves on their journey to transformation.
Trauma-Informed Doula & Childbirth Educator
With my healing and trauma work background, it was just natural for me to step into this role as a doula and to give mamas-to-be the emotional and physical support that they need to have the best birth experience possible.
It’s important that a mama-to-be feels seen, heard, and validated throughout the process. Having an advocate in your corner to ensure that you feel safe, respected, informed, and empowered throughout your pregnancy, labor, and delivery experience, can help take away any unwanted added stress that can come up along your journey to motherhood.
Diplomacy
Through my passion for human rights issues and humanitarian work, I received my Master’s in Diplomacy with a concentration in conflict management and resolution.
I always wanted to be at the table for peace talks and negotiations. Now, I want to be a part of what comes next after the devastation. I want to be a part of the healing process – for the individual and the community as a whole.
Going into war torn areas and refugee camps, etc., it’s important to breathe hope into these people’s lives after witnessing or being a part of such atrocities; give them something to believe in and that is themselves. I want to help them heal and move forward by helping them to find their light within.
Wanderlust
Simply put, traveling feeds my soul. Not only is it prophetic for me, it is a passion that runs deep. I have been blessed to explore so many parts of the world. Not only do I provide healing to those in my home community, but to those places that I travel to.
When I say that I have a passion to heal the world, I hope to reach as many people and communities that I can. Providing healing and insight to people to spark healing in themselves, is a gift I am excited to share with the world.
With all of the negative events taking place around the world these days, we as a collective would do good by not only raising our own vibrations, but that of the planet as well.
Bridging the Gap
In more recent years we as a collective are opening up and becoming more aware of the need for more self-care and healing and removing the stigma around mental health. Developed countries are starting to explore options such as therapy and holistic healing to help them regulate and heal past traumas, especially as societies expectations continue to rise.
What I have come to realize, is that some places, especially those in underdeveloped countries, do not have the same kind of access to these types of holistic options, yet self-care and healing are just as important there, as they are in developed countries.
Some places are plagued with genocide, human rights violations, and other gross crimes, that symptoms of anxiety, depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) are prevalent and more often passed down through generations.
This is where I would like to come in and work alongside others and organizations to help promote self-care and healing for those who may not see their own light. By sharing wisdom, providing energy work and tools to help them self-regulate and go inward to help themselves heal and not have their current or past circumstance define who they are, would be a great way to bridge the gap to not only helping communities with mediation needs, but to help with the healing process that then comes afterwards.
It is important to see the life cycle of transformation through, when we are talking about the evolution of helping those in need.
