Welcome!
My name is Kristine Foulkes and I am a Trauma-Informed Integrative Healing Practitioner & Facilitator supporting individuals through soul-centered healing, emotional integration, and spiritual reconnection. My approach blends energy work, mindfulness, intuitive guidance, and somatic awareness—creating a safe space for transformation, nervous system regulation, and deep inner restoration.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, transition, or awakening, I offer heart-led support to help you return to your body, your truth, and your wholeness.
Alongside this work, I also serve as a certified Trauma-Informed Birth, Postpartum & Bereavement Doula. I walk with families through the profound thresholds of birth, postpartum, and loss—holding space with presence, cultural sensitivity, and deep care. My doula work is rooted in honoring each story with reverence, compassion, and a trauma-informed lens.
As the founder of Ambassadors of Healing, I am here to support healing in all its forms—spiritual, emotional, physical, and ancestral.

Healing is both an art and a practice—a return to balance and wholeness. Through trauma-informed techniques, energy medicine, and mindfulness-based practices, I guide clients in releasing stored tension, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting with their inner strength. Each session is a sanctuary for renewal, transformation, and remembering who you are beneath the pain.

Birth is a profound threshold, and you were never meant to walk it alone. As a trauma-informed doula, I provide compassionate presence, emotional support, and advocacy throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My role is to ensure you feel safe, empowered, and deeply held—so you can step into your journey with confidence and peace.
Integrative Therapeutic Arts Practitioner & Facilitator
As an Integrative Healing Practitioner and facilitator, I guide individuals and groups through whole-body wellness using trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and therapeutic arts. My approach blends creative expression, nervous system regulation, and spiritual practices to unlock healing on emotional, physical, and energetic levels. Each experience is crafted to support balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to self.
