After over 10 years of climbing the corporate latter and hitting my mid-30s, I was feeling unfulfilled, like there was more out there for me, and what I was currently doing, just was not it. For someone who dreamed of being an ambassador one day and being at the table for peace talks and negotiations around human rights issues to doing program and resource management work as a government contractor, it just felt like my life was slowly slipping by and I was nowhere near closer to where I thought I wanted to be.

I then started questioning my purpose here and what I was meant to do with my life. I started searching for answers and what came up each time, when I would get my own readings done, was that I was intuitive. I first brushed it off as having a good woman’s intuition…that feeling in the pit of your stomach and nothing more. Little did I know the word intuition meant so much more. It got to a point where someone flat out told me what being intuitive meant for me and I was blown away. I literally had an oh my gosh moment filled with shock. Was this for real? After some time and the more I thought about it, the more it all started to make sense. This was not exactly my first run-in so to speak with the spiritual world. After all, I have been having occurrences since I was around 7 or 8 years old. It was just never nurtured in my family. So, as I started down this path, experiencing my own awakening and realizing all of the healing that needed to be done with my own past traumas and experiences and with my own spiritual gifts and abilities opening up, I started to realize this is what I was truly meant to do with my life – to share my gifts with the world. To help heal and provide wisdom to as many people I come across as possible.

So, I took a leap of faith and left the corporate world to pursue my life’s true purpose, leaving behind what felt stable, a good steady paycheck, and allowed me to travel in my free time. It was the hardest thing I ever did, as I truly was free-falling into the unknown, not knowing how it was all going to work out. And trust me, there were moments of looking back and woah is me, but not matter what life threw at me, I was still swimming. It may have been with a life preserver, but I was still there. When I stopped to think about it those first couple of years or so, the Universe showed me that it always had my back. I was always able to make it through, even by the skin of my teeth and so I knew I had made the right decision. Since then, I have never looked back and have been building upon my dreams – feeling more fulfilled and excited for what’s to come. Here I am in my late 30s and I feel like my life is just beginning.

This brings me to my passion and my fierce desire to create change in the world by not only bringing healing and awareness/wisdom to those in need, but also bridging the gap between healing and diplomacy. My passion to raise awareness on the importance of healing and diplomacy runs deep. I hope to leverage not only my educational background, corporate experience, continued training and intuitive abilities but also my passion for travel, having been to over a dozen developed and underdeveloped countries around the world, to bring a sense of self to those who need it the most.

Diplomacy and healing go hand in hand. To truly help a nation bounce back, it is not just about helping to resolve conflict and rebuild a community, but also to help people restore themselves after the devastation. One way to do this, is by helping people who suffered loss, atrocities, etc. help heal themselves. Not only could I help with mediation, as an intuitive healer, I can help them restore faith in humanity by turning inward and being a steward in their own healing journey.

I feel that this would help aid in a community’s life cycle of trauma – experiencing trauma, mediation, rebuilding, and healing from trauma and just helping people find their light within, as there is hope and a way ahead after the storm. This is why I founded the Ambassadors of Healing Foundation. When I am not working with clients one on one, then I am out working with communities around the world, transform their lives.

I have worked in the corporate world for over ten years doing program management work. I have received my Master’s in Diplomacy with a concentration in Conflict Management and Resolution and chose to hone in on human rights issues. I have also received my paralegal certification and over the years, have taken continuing education courses and training with the U.S. Institute of Peace to stay up on international relations issues and topics such as international conflict and mediation, human rights, and peace.

I am a Certified Trauma-Informed Care Practitioner, Reconnection-Certified Practitioner, Reconnective Healing Foundational Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Minister of Healing with the Rays of Healing Church in Northern Virginia, Intuitive, and Channel. I am trained in facilitating the Personal Reconnection and working with the Reconnective Healing frequencies and utilizing all bands of Reiki energy through the Usui and Lightarian Reiki modalities. I have worked alongside mentors to hone my intuitive abilities and knowledge base around the importance of healing and self-care, to include psychic and mediumship development, conscious channeling, and meditation training, along with gaining knowledge on emotion regulation during my time as an intake coordinator with a psychotherapy practice.

My purpose to bring this knowledge and tools to as many people not only in my own backyard, but those abroad that may not have access to this type of resource, truly brings me so much joy. Breathing hope and life into someone after devastation, is an integral part to true healing of any situation. By doing this, we are able to raise the vibration of the planet and bring a sense of self-awareness back to where it seems to have been lost.

As the guest speaker at my Master’s graduation once stated “Chaos is where you want to be, to create change and make a difference.” A quote that has stuck with me since that very day and I intend to leave my mark through my passion to heal the world by bridging the gap between healing and diplomacy, and helping as many people as possible along their healing journey.

Moral to the story, do not ever be afraid to make a change, to start over, or find what fills your cup up each day. Whether young or older, it’s never too late or too early to pursue your dreams or to start your own path of self-awareness and healing.
